Employee's presence in clean room

I would like to find out what is the international standard for employee's presence in clean room, without a break.
How many breaks should the employee take in a 12 hour work day?
Is there any change, if working on a night-shift (same 12 hour shift)?
What is the arrangement at your workplace (In standpoint of breaks)?

There is no specific guideline/ standard available to specify the requirement of number of shif breaks and employee presence during filling operations.This needs to be fixed during mediafill by each firm and the same to be documented inthe mediafill report
